We have partnered with Oak & Ave Property Group, Spartanburg Housing, and The City of Spartanburg to assist low-income families, elderly, and the disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing through the “Buy Back Program”. The program is community-focused on providing stages of financial understanding and training, and asset building through homeownership. The program assists low-income buyers with multiple state program options, along with improving their budgeting capability and credit standing to put them in the best position long-term.
